The Faculty of Science aims to maintain and promote equal cooperation between women and men in research, teaching, services and studies.
The Faculty of Science takes measures that relate in particular to the equal participation of women and men in science and to the compatibility of career and parenthood.
The guidelines on gender equality apply to all members of the Faculty of Science, i.e. university lecturers, academic staff, technical and administrative staff and students. They are aimed equally at women and men, because equality is a task for the future that the entire Faculty of Science must tackle together.
